So choosing to play with too much effort might cause red cards and injuries. You need to have a flair for it. You can even influence matches when they're already live! Beside taking care of your team you need to grow your club to a profitable company. To do so you build club buildings like the clubhouse and the ticket shop. Those buildings produce contracts which are needed to pay your players. If you don't have enough contracts your players won't even show up at matches and you'll need to use youth players for that match instead.
